For more than four decades, EdCo has brought together risk managers, industry professionals, students, and thought leaders to advance education, strengthen professional relationships, and support the future of the risk management profession.
Growing the Value of Connection
Ed Co continues to grow and create greater opportunities for our sponsors and attendees.From 2025 to 2026:
- Total attendance increased from 360 to 450 attendees
- Risk Managers and Internal Risk Professional increased from 53 to 84 attendees
- Student attendance increased from 110 to 147 attendees
- Industry participation increased from 196 to 219 attendees
Most notably, attendance by Risk Managers and Internal Risk Professionals increased nearly 60%, creating even greater opportunities for sponsors to connect with key decision-makers and industry leaders. Sponsorship level dictates visibility throughout the conference
Bronze - $1,000
- Sponsors’ name and donation level listed on conference webpage, signage, posters and programs (if applicable).
- Special recognition given to Sponsors at specific times during the conference
- Sponsor Employees will receive Sponsor Ribbon on their name badge
- List of attendees (Company and attendee name only) provided to Sponsors
Silver - $2,500
- Sponsors will receive all previously mentioned benefits
- Sponsor recognition at coffee stations throughout the event
- Complementary EdCo27 registration for one (1) company representative
Gold - $5,000
- Sponsors receive all previously mentioned benefits
- Complimentary EdCo27 registration for two (2) company representatives
- Pre-event dinner with Board of Directors for one (1) company representative
- One exhibit table in the main reception area (Limited to first 12 Sponsors)
- One reserved ten-person table for conference luncheon
Platinum - $7,500
- Sponsors will receive all previously mentioned benefits
- Complimentary EdCo27 registration for four (4) company representatives
- Pre-event dinner with Board of Directors for two (2) company representatives
- Two reserved ten-person tables for conference luncheon
Connection Before Content Breakfast - $5,000
- Includes the benefits of the Silver level sponsorship
- Complementary EdCo27 registration for one (1) company representative
- Pre-event dinner with Board of Directors for one (1) company representative
- Sponsor’s logo/name will be on items used for connection during breakfast (Think: question cards or pictures to encourage meaningful connection at breakfast)
Networking Happy Hour - $3,500
- Includes the benefits of the Silver level sponsorship
- Complementary EdCo27 registration for one (1) company representative
- Sponsor’s logo/name will be on signage during the happy hour event
Exhibitor Table - $2,000
- Limited to two (2) representatives to staff exhibit table in main conference reception area
- The number of exhibit tables is limited to 12, and issued on a first-come, first-served basis
Raffle Prizes - $1,500
- Includes the benefits of the Bronze level sponsorship
- Name on Raffle Prize signage
